No. You can start designing right away as a guest, and your work is saved to your browser session. Creating a free account lets you save projects permanently, get more daily AI credits, open a store, and earn commissions.

Describe what you want and the AI Designer creates artwork for you. You can then ask it to edit the design, place it on your product, and refine it until it looks right. You can also add text, upload art, and arrange layers in the Design Studio.

Credits power AI features. Generating a new design uses 5 credits and editing an image uses 3 credits. Guests start with 100 credits. Signed-in members get credits topped back up to 150 every day. Credits are free and have no cash value.

Yes. Upload PNG or JPG files up to 10 MB. For the sharpest print, use a large, high-resolution image. A transparent PNG works best, and you can remove a background right in the Design Studio. Only upload artwork you own or have the rights to use. See our Intellectual Property Policy.

Depending on the style, you can print on the front, back, left sleeve, and right sleeve. Switch between print locations using the views on the right side of the Design Studio. Hats, bags, and other accessories have their own print areas.

Yes. The Design Studio shows a realistic mockup on every product, color, and print location you choose, so you can adjust size and placement before checking out. Colors on screen can look slightly different from the printed product.

Yes. Open Projects to return to any design. Sign in to keep your projects across devices.

We use direct-to-film (DTF) printing on every product. Your design is printed onto a film with a white underbase, then heat-pressed onto the garment or accessory. This keeps colors bright on light and dark fabrics and holds up wash after wash.

Choose from hundreds of styles, including t-shirts, hoodies, crewnecks, tank tops, long sleeves, kids and toddler sizes, hats, bags, and more. In the Design Studio, open Products and use Add Style to browse styles that are in stock and ready to print. You can add several styles to one order.

Wash inside out in cold water, tumble dry on low or hang dry, and do not iron directly on the print. Avoid bleach and fabric softener.

Delivery estimates include production and shipping. Standard is free and arrives in about 10 business days. Rush (about 5 business days) and Super Rush (about 3 business days) are available for an extra per-item fee. See Shipping & Delivery for details.

Yes. When your order ships, we email you a tracking number.

Every item is made to order, so changes are only possible before production starts. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and we will do our best to help.

Checkout is processed securely by Shopify. We accept major credit and debit cards plus the express payment options shown at checkout. We never store your full card details. Sales tax is calculated at checkout.

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days with no restocking fees. For items that are not defective, the customer pays return shipping. See our Returns & Exchanges Policy for full details.

Contact us with your order number and photos of the problem. We will replace or refund defective items at no cost to you.

Opening a store is free. Sign in, publish a design from the Design Studio, and it appears in your creator store and in the VibeShirt Shop. You can share your store link anywhere.
