  • Celebrity likenesses - Photos or realistic depictions of public figures without rights
  • Sports team logos - Official team, league, or organization marks
  • Movie/TV characters - Characters from films, shows, or video games without licensing
  • Fan art - Derivative works of copyrighted properties (even if original)

DMCA Takedown Process

If you believe your intellectual property has been infringed on our platform:

  1. Submit a written notice to our designated agent including:
    • Your contact information
    • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
    • The URL or location of the infringing material
    • A statement of good faith belief that the use is unauthorized
    • A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was wrongly removed, you may submit a counter-notification including:

Repeat Infringers

VibeShirt maintains a policy of terminating accounts of users who are repeat infringers. Violations may result in:
