• AI providers: Prompts and reference images you submit to our design tools, to generate your results. VibeShirt does not itself use this content to train or fine-tune AI models. To create your designs, we share your prompts and uploaded images with third-party AI providers that act on our behalf. These providers process the content under their own terms and privacy policies, which may allow them to retain it for a period of time (for example, for safety and abuse monitoring) and, depending on the provider, to use it to operate or improve their services. We do not control those practices, so please do not include personal or sensitive information in prompts or uploads.
• Service providers: Companies that help us operate (hosting, analytics, email)
• Legal authorities: When required by law or to protect our rights

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

How to Delete Your Data

You can delete your VibeShirt account and all associated data at any time:

Self-Service Deletion (Recommended)

1. Log in to your VibeShirt account
2. Go to Account → Manage → Account Settings
3. Scroll down to the Danger Zone section
4. Click Delete Account
5. Type "DELETE" to confirm
6. Click Permanently Delete Account

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, we permanently remove:

• Your account credentials and login information
• Profile information (name, avatar, address)
• All design projects and saved designs
• Your store and store settings (if applicable)
• Shopping cart contents
• Style preferences and saved selections
• Activity logs and credits
• API keys

Data Retention After Deletion

Some information may be retained for legal or business purposes:

• Order records: Transaction history may be retained for tax and legal compliance
• Published products: Products you published may be anonymized rather than deleted to preserve marketplace integrity
• Legal holds: Data subject to legal proceedings may be retained as required by law

Request Deletion via Email

If you cannot access your account or prefer assistance, you can request deletion by emailing us at info@vibeshirt.com with:

• Subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
• The email address associated with your account
• Any additional verification we may request

We will process email deletion requests within 30 days.

Data Retention

We retain your information as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

Saved designs, AI generations, prompts, and uploaded images stay in your account until you delete them or close your account. Designs used in orders or published products may be kept as long as needed to fulfill orders, handle returns, and resolve disputes. Deleted content is removed from our active systems and later purged from backups.

Children's Privacy and Age Requirements

VibeShirt is a general-audience service and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, consistent with the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

• Age confirmation: When you create an account, you confirm that you are 13 or older and agree to our Terms of Service and this Privacy Policy. We store the date of that confirmation and the version of the policies you accepted. We do not ask for your birthdate or ID.
• If we learn a user is under 13: We will delete the account and its associated personal information, including designs, store data and activity logs, except where we must retain order records for legal or tax purposes.
• Parents and guardians: If you believe your child under 13 has given us personal information, email info@vibeshirt.com with the subject line "Child Privacy Request" and we will investigate and delete the information.
• Users aged 13 to 17: Teens may use VibeShirt with a parent or guardian's permission. We do not sell personal information, and we do not knowingly share the personal information of users under 16 for cross-context behavioral advertising.

International Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for such transfers.

We may update this policy periodically. We'll notify you of significant changes via email or website notice.
