Shipping & Delivery

Every item is printed to order, then packed and shipped to your door. The delivery estimates below include both production and shipping, counted in business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

Delivery Options

Choose your speed under Delivery Options in your cart. The cart shows the estimated arrival date for each option before you check out. For Super Rush, place your order before the 2 PM cutoff; orders placed after the cutoff start production the next business day.

Where We Ship

We ship to addresses in the United States and Canada.

• United States: All 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii. Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories can take a few extra days.
• Canada: Allow a few extra days for transit and customs. Canadian customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees charged on delivery.

We do not currently ship to other countries.

When Your Order Starts

Production starts once your payment is confirmed. Because everything is made to order, we can only make changes before production begins. If you need to change something, contact us right away with your order number.

Tracking Your Order

When your order ships, we email you a tracking number so you can follow it to your door. Orders with several items may arrive in more than one package.

Delays

Estimates are not guaranteed. Large orders, holidays, weather, and carrier delays can add time. If your order has not arrived within a few days of its estimated date, contact us and we will look into it.

Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Packages

• Double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address entered at checkout.
• If tracking shows delivered but you cannot find your package, check with neighbors and your local post office, then contact us.
• If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, send us your order number and photos within 30 days and we will make it right at no cost to you.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
